Elite Analysis, originally Florida Four Point, was born out of the mid 2000’s Florida State Wind Mitigation program. Elite Analysis has been in business since 2006.
Rusty Parsons was born in Northern Virginia where he became involved in computing and data processing at an early age. Considered a “pioneer” in the microcomputer industry, he led organizations such as Freddie Mac, EDS, General Motors, Harry Diamond Laboratories, World Bank, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center into the small system computing age. At one point, he even had the honor of working on special projects for then President Ronald Reagan and the United States longest held prisoner of war, Navy pilot LTJG Everett Alvarez.
He moved to central Florida in 1990 where he worked in the data processing field for companies such as Westinghouse, AIG, the Federal Government, and Hughes Supply. Shortly after the purchase of Hughes Supply by Home Depot, he decided to utilize his project management skills further in the construction industry where he began constructing restaurants for companies such as Dunkin Donuts, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and KFC. After travelling the United States building and remodeling restaurants for Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Seasons 52 and Capital Grille, he returned home to Florida where he was presented an opportunity to enter into a partnership agreement with Elite Analysis.
This partnership would best utilize his knowledge of the construction industry, as well as his attention to detail, to perform inspections for people looking for reassurance about the construction and condition of properties that they are considering purchasing or selling. Rusty currently holds certifications in twenty six categories of construction inspection in the state of Florida.
Elite Analysis is currently serving clients in Central Florida and has performed almost 10,000 inspections.
